These are the terms for using the Wellness Housing website, applying online and being contacted.

These Terms of Service apply to your use of wellnesshousing.org. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
What The Wellness Housing Website Is For
The website describes the shared houses Wellness Housing runs in South Los Angeles and lets you send a message, apply online or refer a client. It is general information, not an offer of housing.
Applying Is Not A Guarantee Of A Bed
Sending a message, an application or a referral is a request to be contacted. It does not reserve a bed, approve an application or create a lease or rental agreement. Whether a bed is available and whether a house is the right fit is worked out by phone and on a tour. The terms of any stay are set by the house rules and the written agreement you sign at move in, not by this website.
Rates and details on the website are kept current, but they can change. The terms confirmed with you directly are the ones that apply.
Wellness Housing Is Not A Treatment Or Emergency Service
Wellness Housing provides shared housing only. It does not provide clinical, medical, mental health or addiction treatment services, and nothing on this website is medical or legal advice.
The website and our phone line are not emergency services. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. In an emergency, call 911.
Information You Send
Please give accurate information, and send information about another person only if you have their permission. Case managers should use a client's first name or initials. Do not send medical or treatment information, criminal history, Social Security numbers or benefit case numbers through the website. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Calls Text Messages And Email
If you agree on one of our forms to be contacted, we may call, text or email you about your enquiry, application or referral. Text messages are covered by our SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of housing or of applying. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Fair Housing
Wellness Housing follows federal and California fair housing law. Our Fair Housing page explains our policy and how to ask for a reasonable accommodation.
Acceptable Use Of The Website
Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, send spam through its forms or copy its content for commercial use.

The website links to other sites, such as Los Angeles County DPSS, LA Metro and YouTube. Wellness Housing does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
